Starting out as a residential foundation and framing construction business, Hughes Developments was founded in 2010. Phil, a red seal carpenter, and his crew specialize in framing impressive executive houses and have framed some of the most beautiful homes on Prince Edward Island. With 24 years experience, Phil takes pride in his work and ensures that he exceeds the expectations of both the contractor and the homeowner with each job that he does. With the construction business growing, Samantha joined the family business full-time managing all property rentals and day to day business operations.
